Acrylic Resins

Acrylic Resins

Thermoplastic acrylic resins are long-chain polymers that form a film with the evaporation of solvent, without internal chemical reaction action, have a high molecular weight, soften when heated, and take the shape of the surface on which they are applied. Thermoplastic acrylic resins are soluble in strong solvents such as toluene, xylene or methyl ethyl ketone.

Advantages:

  • UV light resistance
  • High water resistance
  • Transparent appearance
  • High degree of brightness
  • Resistance to external atmospheric conditions

It is a high viscosity and fast drying thermoplastic single component acrylic resin that provides very good adhesion on surfaces such as asphalt, concrete and stone.

  • It provides fast drying.
  • It provides very good adhesion.

Usage areas;

  • Road marking paints.
  • Interior-exterior wall paints.
  • Concrete surfaces.
