Epoxy Resins
Epoxy resins are the general name of prepolymer and polymer materials containing epoxide groups. The most common epoxy resins are systems produced from a two-step reaction between epichlorohydrin (ECH) and bisphenol-A (BPA). Different formulations have also been developed to produce special resins.
It is a standard solvent-free epoxy resin. It is formed as a result of the reaction of bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin. It is used in solvent-free epoxy coatings, adhesives and repair mortars.
