Polyacrylamide
The main uses of polyacrylamides are; to increase workability, decrease the amount of water, and improve fluidity. It provides dispersion and thickening in the product group it is used in.
It is a rheology agent used in cement-based products.
- Anionic polyacrylamide should be used in cement-based products.
- These products provide workability like starch ether, adjust rheology and prevent slippage. It has a mucus-like structure.
